Această pagină explică cum poți cere ștergerea datelor tale prelucrate prin aplicația de mesagerie WhatsApp a RoboMarketing SRL. Ce date prelucrăm și în ce calitate este descris în Politica de confidențialitate.

Cum ceri ștergerea datelor

Dacă ai comunicat pe WhatsApp cu o firmă care folosește aplicația noastră și vrei să îți ștergem datele:

1. Trimite un email la office@robomarketing.ro cu subiectul „Ștergere date WhatsApp”.
2. Scrie numărul tău de telefon WhatsApp și, dacă îl știi, numele firmei cu care ai vorbit.
3. Confirmăm primirea și transmitem cererea firmei sau firmelor cu care ai vorbit: ele decid ce se întâmplă cu datele clienților lor, pentru că ele sunt operatorul acestor date, iar noi le prelucrăm doar în numele lor. Ștergem conversațiile, numărul și datele asociate după instrucțiunile firmei, în cel mult o lună de la cererea ta, și îți confirmăm pe email ce s-a făcut. Dacă firma trebuie să păstreze o parte din date (de exemplu pentru o obligație legală), îți transmitem răspunsul ei în același termen.

Poți cere ștergerea și direct firmei cu care ai comunicat; ea este cea care decide.

How to request deletion of your data

This page explains how to request deletion of your data processed through the WhatsApp messaging app of RoboMarketing SRL. The data we process and our role are described in our Privacy Policy.

If you communicated on WhatsApp with a business that uses our app and want your data deleted:

1. Email office@robomarketing.ro with the subject „WhatsApp data deletion”.
2. Include your WhatsApp phone number and, if you know it, the name of the business you talked to.
3. We confirm receipt and forward your request to the business or businesses you talked to: they decide what happens to their customers’ data, because they are the controller of this data and we only process it on their behalf. We delete the conversations, the number and related data on the business’s instructions, within one month of your request, and confirm by email what was done. If the business has to keep part of the data (for example because of a legal obligation), we pass its answer on to you within the same period.

You can also ask the business you communicated with directly; it is the one that decides.
