Această pagină explică cum poți cere ștergerea datelor tale prelucrate prin aplicația de mesagerie WhatsApp a RoboMarketing SRL. Ce date prelucrăm și în ce calitate este descris în Politica de confidențialitate.

Cum ceri ștergerea datelor

Dacă ai comunicat pe WhatsApp cu o firmă care folosește aplicația noastră și vrei să îți ștergem datele:

1. Trimite un email la office@robomarketing.ro cu subiectul „Ștergere date WhatsApp”.
2. Scrie numărul tău de telefon WhatsApp și, dacă îl știi, numele firmei cu care ai vorbit.
3. Confirmăm primirea, ștergem conversațiile, numărul și datele asociate în cel mult o lună și îți confirmăm pe email când am terminat.

Poți cere ștergerea și direct firmei cu care ai comunicat.

How to request deletion of your data

This page explains how to request deletion of your data processed through the WhatsApp messaging app of RoboMarketing SRL. The data we process and our role are described in our Privacy Policy.

If you communicated on WhatsApp with a business that uses our app and want your data deleted:

1. Email office@robomarketing.ro with the subject „WhatsApp data deletion”.
2. Include your WhatsApp phone number and, if you know it, the name of the business you talked to.
3. We confirm receipt, delete the conversations, the number and related data within one month, and confirm by email when done.

You can also ask the business you communicated with to delete your data.
